What is Cleansed?
The CLEANSED program is a holistic approach to Food and Movement run over a 6 week period, with a goal that will have you feeling more energetic and in charge of your health and fitness. The program is a collaboration between Chasing Summer Personal Training & Pilates (Courtney White) and Doing it with Dandy Personal Training (Daniel Donaldson).
Our approach to nutrition is based on experience, knowledge and an understanding that we can’t be perfect all the time and that it’s good to enjoy life. The advice is given to you as a guide and it’s up to you to learn and put into practice better food choices and habits.
The exercise program is put together with the goal of getting you moving and losing weight through a combination of strength and cardio exercises. It is all timed so that you put in as much effort as you can, and over the course of 6 weeks you will be able to accomplish more and more each time.
With progressive levels of technique and exercises, anybody from 18 to 65+ can experience the Cleansed Program.

A. It starts as soon as you enrol. Your emails will start coming in immediately.
Q. What equipment do I need?
A. No equipment is needed at all. Great right
Q. When will I receive the workouts?
A. On day one you will receive a Welcome Package that will contain your first week of workouts, along with a lot of other information regarding nutrition, measurements and goal setting. We understand that you are keen to get started, but it’s worth reading all of the information and taking your time.
Q. What do I do when I’ve finished the 6 weeks?
A. You can do it again, or you can sign up for a more customized program that is aimed at you and your goals and abilities. Courtney or Daniel will let you know as it gets closer to your end date.
