A few words about the Trainer
Let us introduce ourselves
My name is Daniel Donaldson and I am a Personal Trainer who is qualified as a Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness and registered with Fitness Australia. I use this knowledge, plus what I have learnt in my own weight loss hourney of losing over 70kg, to help my clients reach their goals. I am a fun, easy going trainer who has a background in sports, running and boxing.
I love variety in my sessions and having a laugh… at appropriate times of course. I take my training and nutrition seriously and I use a variety of tools and technology to take mine and your training to the next level.
On a Personal Note:
I was the ultimate couch potato after losing some vision and using illness as an excuse. I became a personal trainer after losing 65kg and falling in love with the healthy and fit lifestyle that I now lead. My aim is to help fight
obesity in Australia and educate people on the benefits of living healthy, active lifestyles.
I have done this whilst being low-vision impaired and suffering from a once crippling arthritis. I love to motivate and inspire people with my own experiences. If I can turn my life around, I know anyone can.
