So I’ve put together a new program designed to keep you focused on your results, keep you interested with tonnes of variety in the workouts and give you as much support and guidance as you need. This 8 week challenge is also designed to give you a strong foundation to build upon. Combining Weights Training and High Intensity Interval Training, your body will become healthier, stronger and fitter in no time at all.
