What is the Challenge

The 2nd  Challenge of 2021 is going to be the most intense, results driven program you’ll ever experience.  It is so jam packed with value it’s ridiculous at only $69 per week you’ll need to sign up quickly to secure your place.

To make it as easy as possible for you to reach your goals, we’re offering 20 people the chance for Unlimited Group Classes, Weekly Personal Training, Naturopath Consults and Full Body Composition Scanning. You can attend as many classes as you like and even receive discounted services from Alternature in our Stafford Wellness Clinic.

We also understand, not everyone wants to see a Naturopath. So there is a simpler and cheaper challenge option.

Option 1 – $69/week

What are the Classes?

MetaFit
A 30min High Intensity Interval Training workout designed to increase your fitness levels, boost your Metabolism through the roof and encourage good form and technique.

HIIT Boxing
Non stop punching and sweating. 30 minutes of fun and throwing haymakers.  This will get you puffing very quick

Ultimate HIIT

Think kettle bells, sprints, TRX, dumbbells, wall balls, battle ropes and everything you need to get stronger, fitter and improve your athletic endurance.

Boxing
A 45 minute boxing class that goes through my favourite combos. Plus plenty of ab work and exercises to get your heart thumping

Boot Camps
A 45min class that is designed to push you to your limits. They’ll consist of Boxing, Kettle Bells, HIIT, Strength and much more. If you want heart pumping cardio, strength and fun… then this one is for you
