Shared Personal Training is similar to 1-on-1 Training, except you are training with up to 2 other people sharing the same timeslot and trainer. It’s completely up to Doing it with Dandy to fill the session, but it doesn’t matter if there are 3 people training or just you… your cost is still only $25.
Your session will still be unique and customized to your goals. Sometimes you’ll be doing a circuit together, while other times you may be doing your own workout. You will have just as much attention from your trainer as a normal PT session… You’ll simply be sharing the same timeslot with other like minded people as yourself.
These sessions may inlude exercises such as prowler runs, battle ropes, squats, step ups, tire flips, boxing and much much more.
