If you’re not based in Brisbane, there’s no need to worry about missing out. Our online service is available to those of you who are unable to meet with us face-to-face but would still like the guidance of our elite, industry-leading trainers.
You will receive unlimited access via emails and our Private Facebook Group and you’ll be assigned tyour very own Doing it with Dandy personal trainer, who will design a personalised lifestyle and training program to help you achieve your goals.
All of our Programs are based over a 4 or 12 Week blocks. Once finished the program, you can sign up again for the same series… but different workouts (depending on what your PT says) or take your training to the next level. No matter your experience or fitness levels, we can build you a custom program to suit YOU.
Our online training program consists of the following components:
- Fitness Assessment – we will assess your overall health, mobility, strength and fitness levels. We will ask for measurements, height, weight and body shape, that will give us an overall look at where you are and where you want to be This may also involve referring you to your local doctor for blood or other functional medicine tests to identify any underlying conditions.
- Nutritional Guidelines– without correct nutrition you will never be able to optimise your progress in the gym. We will educate you and support you in implementing the correct nutritional plan so you are able to achieve your objectives.
- Training Program – after completing the first two steps and our detailed assessment forms, we will devise a workout routine that caters to your specific needs and goals. All of your weights, cardio and recovery sessions will be prepared for you in your personalised report.
