What are the Classes?

MetaFit 
A 30min High Intensity Interval Training workout designed to increase your fitness levels, boost your Metabolism through the roof and encourage good form and technique.

HIIT Boxing
Think of non stop boxing drills with core work as your rest. A 30min class that’s absolutely hectic and loads of fun.

D45 Circuits
Is a great 45min class to build strength and burn fat  by using equipment such as kettle bells, TRX, dumbbells, sandbags and more. Plus you’ll get fitter and get your sweat on with sprints, skipping, boxing and hiit styled circuits. An amazing workout with a bit of everything.

MetCon
MetCon stands for Metabolic Conditioning.  This class is as Highly Intense as you can get. Designed to burn as many calories as possible, it combines weights, explosive exercises and non stop action. Lots of energy and lots of fun..
