The Doing it with Dandy ACTIV8 Challenge is simply 8 Weeks of being active. But there is nothing simple about what ive got coming your way!
This results driven challenge is unlike anything you’ve attempted before. Classes are kept under 10 to ensure correct technique and to add that extra personalized touch. The sessions are all outdoors, or if wet we’ll head inside and keep it safe. Our trainers work with you to teach technique, breathing, core engagement, intensity and more. We also have a team of health experts at your disposal to add an even greater experience to your Challenge.
