The Doing it with Dandy Move You 12 Week Challenge is simply 12 Weeks of being active and getting your body moving. But there is nothing simple about what ive got coming your way!
This results driven challenge is unlike anything you’ve attempted before. Classes are kept under 10 to ensure correct technique and to add that extra personalized touch. The sessions are all outdoors, or if wet we’ll head inside and keep it safe. You receive a 30 minute 1 on 1 Personal Training Session every week to teach technique and focus on Your Goals. Plus after the session, you’ll get to jump in to the Infra Red Sauna to help aid recovery, weight loss and any tight joints or muscles. Our trainers work with you to teach technique, breathing, core engagement, intensity and more. We also have a team of health experts at your disposal to add an even greater experience to your Challenge.
