By combining Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes, we created an 8 Week Challenge that will keep you focused, pushed, interested and entertained.

This results driven challenge is unlike anything you’ve attempted before. Classes are kept under 10 to ensure correct technique and to add that extra personalized touch. The Personal Training sessions are customized to suit your goals, fitness levels and abilities. Our trainers work with you to teach technique,  breathing, core engagement,  intensity and more. We also have a team of health experts at your disposal to add even greater experience to your Challenge.

6:00pm. Strength Club

7:00am. Awake and Activate Pilates

All classes require booking to attend to ensure class size maximum is under 10
